13 years ago, we, Radek Řezáč and Luděk Hauner, decided to fulfill our dream of living and working by the sea. We chose sunny Spain, and through hard work and determination, we built a thriving business. Today, we operate 14 apartments, offering comfortable and cozy accommodations for tourists from around the world. Our apartments have become a favorite holiday destination thanks to their comfort and prime location near the sea.

We also founded a real estate agency, Rincon Property Home, where we help people find their dream homes or investment properties in Spain. With our expertise and deep knowledge of the local market, we are committed to delivering the highest level of service and making our clients' dreams come true.

A dream come true in Zanzibar 🌺

Another big dream of ours was to own a property in Zanzibar. That dream became a reality! We found a beautiful bungalow by the beach, which has become a haven of peace not only for us but also for our guests. Zanzibar captivated us with its stunning nature, friendly people, and rich culture.

We also wanted to give back by helping local families, making their lives a little brighter.

In 2024, we were delighted to welcome our friend Radka Telyčková to our story. She fulfilled her own dream in Zanzibar and opened a beautiful bungalow, No. 18, just a few steps from the ocean. Together, we now offer two unique places where you can experience an unforgettable exotic holiday.
